One weekend while on the sidelines at Eisley's soccer game I overheard a mom, near her wits end, exasperatedly telling another that she had been to a child psychologist about her daughter's panic attacks and was only told: "try to help her think more positive thoughts. I spent $180 and that's all I got. How am I supposed to do that?" she rhetorically asked.
As we worked on writing our book to help us with that exact problem, we wanted to make sure readers would walk away knowing a very good answer to that question; how am I supposed to help my kid (or myself) have more positive thoughts.
Our first published version was limited to 32 pages so it did not include the parent resource pages which we feel are an important part of the answer. Please download them for free, here.
